Leaders of the National Council of Jewish Women attending the Council’s Washington Institute here next week will be received by Mrs. Nixon at a tea at the White House on Feb. 18, Mrs. Leonard Weiner of Detroit, National President of the Council announced today. Robert Finch, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, will be one of the speakers at the three-day institute.
