LEADING SCIENTISTS IN GERMANY PAY TRIBUTE TO PROF. EINSTEIN
German newspapers in this country are devoting considerable space to articles, photograph and drawings of Prof. Albert Einstein, on the occasion of his 75th birthday today.
A number of the German newspapers note that he was driven into exile by the Nazis because he was a Jew. Some of the articles, written by leading German scientists, stress the significance of Dr. Einstein’s discoveries in the world of mathematics and physics. Others pay tribute to Dr. Einstein the humanist and his influence on the thinking of his day.
