Leading United States occupation authorities, the consular corps at Munich and leading Jewish personalities attended the celebration of Israel’s third anniversary here at the Munich House of Arts at the invitation of Israel Consul Eliahu Livheh. The local Jewish community celebrated the occasion last night at the Munich Jewish Community Center with Chief Rabbi Aaron Ohrenstein as the principal speaker. Similar meetings were held in D.P. camps.
