The cold-blooded extermination of the civilian populations of occupied countries by the German military commanders and the Nazi officials – especially in Poland – is condemned in a resolution adopted today by the executive committee of the League of Nations Union of Great Britain. The resolution urges the “statesmen of all nations whose moral conscience is not dead to express their sorrow at this relapse into barbarism.”
