A Lebanese delegation headed by the Defense Minister, has been negotiating here for the purchase of additional French arms and modern radar equipment, it was learned today. According to reliable sources, the negotiations have not been concluded and will be resumed in Beirut next month. The delegation attended the International Air Show at Le Bourget Airport.
