Lebanese legislators issued a statement reiterating conditions for peace with Israel. According to Lebanon’s official news agency, a unilateral Israeli withdrawal will not bring peace. The legislators are demanding the release of Lebanese prisoners from Israeli jails and the right to try members of the Israel-allied South Lebanon Army.
