The Lebanese delegation to Cairo stopped off at Haifa today en route home and was welcomed by committee of sixty Arab notables who were assured by the Lebanese Premier Rias Solh, head of the delegation, that the Palestine problem was discussed by him in Cairo during the talks on pan-Arab unity.
“We are satisfied with the results of the Cairo talks which included also the situation in Palestine,” the Lebanese Premier stated to representatives of the press when interviewed in Haifa.
