Lebanon lodged a U.N. protest at Israel’s bombing of a suspected Palestinian terrorist camp near Beirut. Tuesday’s complaint to the U.N. Security Council came hours after Israeli warplanes struck warehouses that have been used by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine south of the Lebanese capital. The airstrike was retaliation for rockets fired Monday from southern Lebanon at Israeli naval vessels.
