Legal proceedings have been instituted against sculptor Martinus Huber, 45, of Groebensell, on a charge of inciting to racial hatred, acoording to an announcement today by the Bavarian Ministry of Justice. Investigation has revealed that Huber was responsible for posting signs on the walls of houses in Groebenzell during the night of Feb. 17-18, reading “too few Jews have been killed.”
