Herbert H. Lehman, Director of Foreign Relief and Rehabilitation Operations, will return to America soon, it was revealed here today. Mr. Lehman has been in England for several weeks conferring with officials of the British and exiled governments.
At a press conference last night, Mr. Lehman paid high tribute to the relief activities being conducted in North Africa at present by the Joint Distribution Committee and the American Red Cross.
