Col. Herbert H. Lehman, Licutenant-Governor-Elect of New York State, will sever his connection as director with all banks in which he is financially interested, it was announced upon his return to New York from Warm Springs, Ga., where he conferred with Governor-Elect Franklin D. Roosevelt on the future legislative program for the state.
He has not yet determined whether he will withdraw from the banking house of Lehman Brothers, it was stated. The new Lieutenant-Governor plans to remain at the capital during sessions of the state legislature and take an active part in the next administration.
