Lieutenant-Governor Herbert H. Lehman and Mrs. Lehman were the guests at an informal reception at the Jewish Community Center here last night.
The reception followed an address delivered by Colonel Lehman, in connection with his campaign for Governor, before 3000 persons at the Binghamton High School.
