Ellis Levin, former Assistant State’s Attorney, has announced his candidacy for the office of State’s Attorney.
Born in Riga on July 4 forty-one years ago, Mr. Levin came to this country as an infant and later studied at the Baltimore City College and the University of Maryland Law School. He is married and has two children.
