A preliminary hearing in a libel suit brought against the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League by attorney Hallam M. Richardson opened here today in Mid-Manhattan Court. The suit grew out of a League pamphlet on pro-Arab activities in the U.S., in which Richardson’s name was mentioned.
