Tape recordings of the complete testimony of the Eichmann trial, along with English translations, were presented as a gift today to the Library of Congress.
The presentation was made by radio station WIP, Philadelphia, an affiliate of the Metropolitan Broadcasting Company. The tapes will become part of the audio collection of the Library, preserved for the use of future history and law scholars. WIP is believed to be the only radio station in the United States to have broadcast the complete testimony of the four-month trial.
