An exhibition of more than 150 illustrations, woodcuts and water color drawings by the Jewish artist, N. Koslowsky, will open at the Tremont Branch of the New York Public Library on Saturday.
Mr. Koslowsky is one of the most popular and productive illustrators of Yiddish juvenile literature. This is the first time that a New York City library has arranged an exhibit of illustrations which have appeared in Yiddish books for children.
The Richmond Hill chapter of Masada, Youth Zionist Organization, will sponsor a basketball game and dance Sunday evening at Beth Israel Community Center, 102nd street and Eighty-eighth avenue.
