Italian Jewish street vendors, who for more than five months have been without means of livelihood, have now had their peddling licenses temporarily renewed. The licenses were withdrawn in August of last year.
Approximately 1,200 heads of families, or more than 10 per cent of the whole of Italian Jewry, are affected.
