William Berman, national commander-in-chief of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States, has accepted the invitation of local post No. 139 to atten the second annual military ball tomorrow night.
Numerous other state and cocal officials will be present. Congressman George N. Seger; Mayor John v. Hinchtlffe; Judge Vincent C. Duffy; Assemblyman Harry Schoen; Herman Brans, New Jersey state commnder of the Jewish War Veterans, and former state commander J. George Friedman will be there Veterans’ organizations from Jersey City, Passaic, Newark, Elizabeth, Atlantic City, Bayonne, Hoboken, Spring Valley (N. Y.), and all New York City Jewish War Veterans posts will send delegations to the ball. American Legion, Veterans posts n Paterson will also send representatives.
In addition to a dance orchestra, the military ball will feature the playing of its own post band-the only Jewish War Veterans band in the world.
