The Israeli Consul General here, Ambassador David Rivlin, flew to Israel last night to help prepare Sunday’s welcome to Mayor John V. Lindsay–the first New York Mayor to visit the Jewish State while in office. Lindsay, who recently named a committee here for Israel’s 25th anniversary, will discuss celebration plans in four days of talks with Premier Golda Meir, Mayor Teddy Kollek and Cabinet ministers. The committee is headed by financier Abraham Feinberg, chairman of the Weizmann Institute of Science Board of Governors.
