Mayor John V. Lindsay of New York and Mayor Teddy Kollek of Jerusalem lunched together today, joked about the problems of governing their respective cities and agreed to begin discussions on a Jerusalem exhibit in New York as part of Israel’s 25th anniversary year celebrations. Lindsay and his wife arrived this morning for a four-day visit. It was Lindsay’s first visit to Israel since 1960 when he was a member of Congress.
