A series of three evenings devoted to Yiddish literary publications and writers will mark the closing week of the American Yiddish press exhibit which has been on view at the home of the Yiddish Culture Society, 149 Second avenue, since May 17.
On Wednesday, June 27, A. Glanz-Leyeles, Z. Weinper and Abraham Reisin, poets, each of whom is at present or was formerly the editor of a Yiddish literary magazine, will speak on “Yiddish Literary Monthlies.”
Thursday evening will be devoted to the Jewish Writers Club. Speakers will include M. Osherowitch, A. Seldin, and Dr. L. Fogelman.
Speakers on Friday, the closing night, will be S. Niger, Jacob Levin, B. Bialostotzky, Dr. Jacob Shatzky and Menashe Unger.
