Lockout in Israeli Metal Products Industry Costs Manufacturers $1,500,000 in Profits

Over $1,500,000 has been lost by the Israeli metal products industry as a result of its lockout of some 7,000 workers, which is in its second week, it was reported here today at a Histadrut regional conference. Another report stated that 40,000 man-days of work have been lost thus far in the industry.
