Sixteen aldermen of the dissolved Lodz Municipal Council were summoned by the authorities today in connection with the disorders staged by the anti-Semitic aldermen several weeks ago at a session of the Municipal Council during which Jewish councillors were attacked and injured.
Eleven of the sixteen aldermen are members of the anti-Semitic National Democratic Party. There are also two Jews among the group.
