Tributes to Louis Marshall on the occasion of his forthcoming seventieth birthday on December 14 are being paid by the Anglo-Jewish press here.
The “Jewish World,” in an editorial published today, expresses its heartiest congratulations to Mr. Marshall on the occasion of his seventieth birthday “Marshall is in many respects the leading Jew the world over. His influence as a Jew is world wide. His sagacity, experience and absolute selfless devotion to the Jewish cause render his influence of the greatest moment everywhere,” the paper declares.
