The City of London Corporation today rejected an invitation to attend the congress in Berlin of the International Union of Local Authorities, scheduled to open June 7. The action follows a similar rejection by the United States Conference of Mayors, made public recently by Mayor LaGuardia of New York with an accompanying arraignment of the Nazi regime.
