The various speeches delivered by the Earl of Balfour on Zionist questions are to be published shortly in volume form by Messrs. J. W. Arrowsmith. Sir Herbert Samuel will contribute a foreword. The book, which has been edited by Mr. Israel Cohen, will be issued at half-a-crown.
