Lord Duncannon today said that sanctuary would have to be found for German and Austrian exiles who have found temporary refuge in Switzerland. He told the press today that Switzerland had done the maximum possible in the situation and more could not be asked. He is expected to report to the high commissioner on the urgency of the need for finding a more permanent home for those refugees who are here in transit.
