A statement from the residence of Lord Melchett today said that his condition is giving some cause of anxiety because he has suffered a relapse after the prolonged illness to which he was subjected since October. He has been staying indoors and not participating in any public or political affairs. His recent resignation as president of the English Zionist Federation is attributed to the state of his health. The annual conference of the Federation, Sunday, will accept his resignation.
