Louie Caplan, prominent Pittsburgh attorney, leader in civic affairs and former chairman of the Pittsburgh chapter the American Jewish Committee, has been appointed chairman of the national community activities committee of the A.J.C, it was announced today by form Judge Joseph M. Proskauer, Committee. The community activities committee is responsible for the chapter of the A.J.C. throughout the nation.
