Louis Louis-Dreyfus, prominent French banker, has personally denied reports that he had left French soil since the start of the war, the United Press reports in a dispatch from Vichy, France. It had been reported by the German wireless that Louis-Dreyfus was on a list of Frenchmen whose citizenship would be canceled and property confiscated on charges of leaving France during the German offensive.
