Louis Rittenberg, executive and literary editor of The Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, has been appointed editor-in-chief of the magazine Liberal Judaism at a joint meeting here of the magazine committee and editorial advisory board of that monthly journal in English, it was announced here today.
