Louis S. Ashman has announced himself as a candidate for the Democratic nomination for the House of Representatives from the second district of Maryland. Mr. Ashman, well-known attorney and active in Jewish affairs, is the author of several legal works, the royalties of which are used to endow a scholarship at the University of Maryland Law School.
