Louis Schleifer, a founder of Bar-Ilan University, the American Mizrachi sponsored school in Tel Aviv, died here yesterday at the age of 63 Mr. Schleifer, active in a number of Jewish organizations, was a charter member of the Albert Einstein Medical College of Yeshiva University and chairman of the board of the United Lubavitcher Yeshivoth. The Hapoel Hamizrachi of America announced several years ago that it would build a $250,000 religious and educational center, modelled on the plan of an American YM-YWHA, in Tel Aviv in his honor.
