Louis Schlesinger, of Newark, N. J., was elected Chairman of the National Board of Directors of the National Farm School. Mr. Schlesniger succeeds the late Abraham Erlanger of New York, who died two weeks ago.
The election took place as part of the thirty-second annual harvest festival and pilgrimage to the school. Mr. Schlesinger has been identified with the institution for twenty years.
Herbert D. Allman of Philadelphia, was reelected president of the school, Joseph Hagedorn, vice-president, and I. H. Silverman, treasurer.
