More than 700 guests attended a celebration here yesterday honoring Louis Segal, general secretary of the Farband-Labor Zionist Order on the occasion of his election as a member of the Jewish Agency executive. A number of outstanding personalities in American Labor Zionist and Israeli circles greeted Mr. Segal including Israel Parliament Speaker Joseph Sprinzak and Israel Ambassador Abba Eban.
