President Lowell of Harvard denied yesterday the anti-Semitic statements attributed to him by an anonymous speaker at last Sunday evening’s open forum of the Maccabeans, the men’s club of Temple Israel, 210 W. 91st Street. The speaker was identified yesterday as Victor Kramer, proprietor of the National Laundry, 1471 Wilkins Ave. The Bronx, who says he is a graduate of Harvard of class of 1916.
