Mrs. Helen Buttenweiser, a niece of Lieutenant-Governor Lehman, was sworn in Thursday as a member of the Board of Child Welfare, at City Hall, by Mayor Walker. Mrs. Buttenweiser is experienced in welfare work, having been connected with various settlements in this city. Her term of office expires in 1937. The post carries no salary.
