The Lubavitcher movement has announced the opening of a new regional office in Milwaukee, Wis., Its seventh in the United States, to offer educational activities and programs. The new office will be headed by Israel-born Rabbi Israel Shmotkin who studied at Lubavitcher institutions in Israel and was ordained by the Lubavitcher yeshiva in New York.
