Lucien Wolf, secretary of the Joint Foreign Committee of the Board of Jewish Deputies and the Anglo Jewish Association, champion of the rights of the Jewish population in Eastern European countries, will celebrate his seventieth birthday on February first. On that day, Mr. Wolf will be the guest of honor at a dinner which is to be tendered him by the Jewish Historical Society of England, of which he is president. Sir Herbert Samuel will be toastmaster.
