Jewish students of the Lwow Polytechnicum were yesterday disciplined by the institute’s authorities for not attending lectures in protest against the “Jim Crow” system in effect there. Deputy Emil Sommerstein announced today that he has again intervened with the central authorities here urging them to force the school to rescind the decree.
