More than 800 guests attended a dinner tendered last night at Hotel Roosevelt here in honor of Menahem Beigin, leader of the Herut Party in Israel, who is now visiting the United States.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Beigin said that the majority of the Israelis oppose the withdrawal of Israel forces from the Gaza and Akaba areas. He warned that such a withdrawal endangers the very existence of the Jewish State and called for new Parliamentary elections in Israel.
