A miscellany of articles, ranging from historical sketches of the criminal law of the Hebrews to reviews of the current problems facing modern Jews, are included in the current issue of The Jewish Braille Review, published by the Jewish Braille Institute of America, Inc., for the American Jewish blind.
The cost of payment for the magazine, which was suspended for four months, is met by the combined effort of the Women’s Branch of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations, the National Council of Jewish Women, the Women’s League of the United Synagogue of America and the National Federation of Temple Sisterhoods. The periodical is distributed without cost to the blind.
The subject matter of the Review includes articles culled from outstanding Jewish and Anglo-Jewish publications, including the Jewish Daily Bulletin and the Detroit Jewish Chronicle.
