An Israeli magistrate opened an inquiry here yesterday into the Arab commando attack on an El Al airliner at Zurich Airport last Feb. 18. Sixteen eye-witnesses who were passengers or crew members aboard the plane at the time were asked to testify. Three crew members gave evidence.
