Manifesto Lists Issues Facing Zionist Parley

The World Zionist Executive issued a manifesto today in connection with the forthcoming World Zionist Congress, outlining the problems which the Zionist movement is now facing.

The manifesto emphasizes the fact that the period since the last Congress, held in Praha in 1933, has been very fruitful but a number of achievements are still ahead.

One of the major problems which must be solved is the land speculation in Palestine and the flight of laborers from the colonies to the cities. The curtailment of the agricultural basis for Jews in Palestine is also one of the major problems, the manifesto points out.

The manifesto calls for a disciplined Zionist organization and urges Jews to fight for the consolidation of the Zionist ranks.

The Zionists of the world are invited, by the manifesto, to protect the Zionist Organization from separatism with regard to external affairs concerning the Zionist
