Manuel Rosenthal, a young composer of Paris, whose “Opera Bouffe” is soon to be produced at the Opera Comique, was pointed out as particularly promising. He is twenty-five years old. The conductor, Jerzy Fitelberg, of Warsaw, also received praise.
