Many were injured in a clash which occurred between Communists and Poale Zionists at a football match played in Otwock, a resort near Warsaw.

The clash was interpreted as the result of revenge taken by Jewish Communists against Poale Zionists who interfered with a Communist meeting held in Warsaw several days ago concerning the Palestine events.
