“The Inside Story of the Welfare Island Scandal” will be told by David Marcus, first Deputy Commissioner of Correction, at a forum of the Jewish Center of B.I.A.E., 236 Kane street, Brooklyn, Sunday evening. Marcus assisted the investigations of Welfare Island. The forum committee is headed by Harry G. Anderson, Harold L. Turk and Joseph Morris.
