Louis Marshall and Rabbi Stephen S. Wise are announced as among those who will address the Citizenship Conference which will be held in Washington in support of the 18th Amendment and the Volstead Act. The conference will be held Oct. 13 to 15 inclusive. President Coolidge will receive the Conference at the White House.
