Martin Kraar withdrew his name from consideration for the top professional slot of the new United Jewish Appeal-Council of Jewish Federations partnership. Kraar, who is now executive vice president of the CJF, has accepted an offer to become executive vice president of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science.
