Martin Plettl, exiled German labor leader, who arrived in the United States two months ago, told a group of labor leaders gathered to do him honor at a testimonial breakfast here, be predicts the downfall of the Hitler dictatorship which he said wanes “as the people gain more confidence in themselves.”

Representatives of the Needle Trades Union of which Mr. Plettl is the international president, the Boston Central Labor Union, Amalgamated Clothing Workers welcomed him.
